Koya University features its visions on a main core around students welfare policy. The university puts the students at the centre of a feasible communication with its academic community and leadership. The CAO ask all students to create an official format gmail account to be included in life surrounding our academic community. The email is used for all official communication at the University. All students need to have such a account through out their study periods at Koya University. Everyone is responsible to check their email regularly and communicate with university through their recorded gmail account only. The format of the email is very important for our electronic infrastructure, therefore it need to be based on formal documents such as passport and Irai ID. Names need to be their formal spelling only. The guidelines is provide in the poster below.
